There are two classes every Tuesday, the first 7pm to 8pm, the second 8.15pm to 9.15pm - both are suitable for all abilities. No equipment is required, just wear loose clothing. Pilates is an invigorating form of exercise for your mind and body that can improve your strength, flexibility and overall mobility. It helps restore your body to balance. As a result, your posture will change and you will move more efficiently.
